Skills/Experience:
- Take the lead role in the delivery of occupational therapy
- To work with the Lead Therapist, Director of Care and Research team in identifying clients for and supporting clients through the pilot study
- Prioritise day-to-day management of own caseload, delegating activities to the therapists as appropriate.Attend and participate in case conferences and ward meetings appropriate to the clinical setting
- Deliver complex service activities and manage caseloads to ensure intended outcomes are delivered within agreed service standards.
