Customer Support Coordinator

Pyramid8 are delighted to be supporting an employee owned, friendly establishment, who actively encourage development to promote employees internally. They are a fun and friendly organisation, they are looking to recruit passionate and driven Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team in Normanton.

The successful candidate will be working closely with 4 other administrators within a small team ensuring a high level of administrative support to the Customer Experience / Sales Team. You will provide a consistent point of contact for a number of dedicated customer accounts. You will liaise with customers and other departments to provide timely solutions to effectively meet the needs and criteria of the customer.

Duties

  • Managing enquiries via telephone and email bring will be the initial point of contact
  • Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure all updates or queries are reported
  • Co-ordinating and administering the central admin email account,
  • Co-ordinating machine breakdown support and booking in appointments on the relevant systems.
  • Updating customer records and dealing with queries in relevant departments
  • Building rapport and developing relationships with your client base ensuring customer needs are met.

Skills

  • Previous experience in carrying out administrative tasks,
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Confident in working with clients both via, e-mail, phone and video calls
  • You must have exceptional customer service skills, with experience in call handling.

This is an office-based role, which offers free onsite parking. The working hours will be between 8am - 5:30pm with an hour's lunch break (30 minutes paid + 30 minutes unpaid).
