Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator, on behalf of a respected client in energy, marine and renewables industries. This position is based in Aberdeen City Centre and would be a Full-Time, Permanent role.
What you will be responsible for as a Recruitment Coordinator: -
- Managing existing working relationships as well as building new relationships on behalf of the company
- Recruiting, evaluating and selecting professionals on various levels
- Advertising vacancies appropriately on a range of platforms
- Receiving and reviewing applications, as well as shortlisting candidates
- Maintaining the files of contracted professionals
What our client is looking for in a Recruitment Coordinator :-
- Professional, flexible and organised
- Excellent time management skills and able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar office environment
- Experience working in the Drilling or Marine industries would be advantageous
