Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator, on behalf of a respected client in energy, marine and renewables industries. This position is based in Aberdeen City Centre and would be a Full-Time, Permanent role.

What you will be responsible for as a Recruitment Coordinator: -

  • Managing existing working relationships as well as building new relationships on behalf of the company
  • Recruiting, evaluating and selecting professionals on various levels
  • Advertising vacancies appropriately on a range of platforms
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, as well as shortlisting candidates
  • Maintaining the files of contracted professionals

What our client is looking for in a Recruitment Coordinator :-

  • Professional, flexible and organised
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar office environment
  • Experience working in the Drilling or Marine industries would be advantageous
