Our client, an international company, is looking to recruit a first class Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.
This is a varied and busy B2B role and the successful candidate will be highly customer focused, able to remain calm under pressure, possess excellent phone etiquette and have superb attention to detail.
Salary is £25k - £30k depending on experience plus excellent benefits with the potential for hybrid working after 6 months.
Duties include
- Processing orders, quotes and assisting customers with catalog information
- Generating new and repeat business through customer service initiatives
- Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns with a strong focus on service excellence
- Following up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise
- Providing information regarding availability of in-stock and out-of-stock items
- Providing customers with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and offers
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role
- Excellent administration skills, superb attention to detail
- Fantastic communication and IT skills
- Highly organised, able to remain calm
- Excellent problem solver
