My clients a large global freight forwarding company looking for an Customer Service Clerk to join their successful team!
Duties would include:
- Handling large key accounts
- Taking bookings
- Handling import/ export docs
- Tracking shipments
- To build and maintain a relationship with clients
- Monitoring costs and negotiating rates with suppliers
- Preparing monthly business activity report and revenue report
- Handling any queries and resolving them in a timely manner
- Monitoring KPI's
- General admin/ customer service
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within a similar
- Experience within the freight industry
- Outstanding customer service skills
- PC literate
- Excellent strategic, analytical skills
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
