Senior Paid Media Executive
Bolton – 2 days in / 3 days home
Salary £30-35k DOE
Are you passionate about creating bold, engaging Paid Media campaigns that make a difference? Ready to lead in a fast-paced Retail environment? Forward Role are on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our clients' vibrant, growing team and help drive their innovative paid media strategies forward.
With a flexible, people-first culture, you'll be working from the Bolton office for 2 days a week as part of a close knit Digital function. Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, whose extensive background in paid media will develop your skillset to new levels, you'll be working cross functionally across both paid search and paid social platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Paid Media Campaigns: You'll plan and implement a range of paid media strategies, taking a hands-on approach to deliver on KPIs and targets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing partners, brand, design, and supply chain teams, driving innovative ad strategies across Google, Meta, and more.
- Maximise Marketing Spend: Ensure efficient use of budgets, balancing growth with effectiveness, and reinvestment opportunities using third-party attribution tools.
- Stay on the Cutting Edge: Identify opportunities in emerging channels to ensure we're connecting with their audience at the right place and time.
Your skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience in paid search campaigns, paid social would be a huge bonus – eCommerce experience is a must, either in-house or agency side
- Confidence managing budgets and working in a fast-paced Retail environment.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and experience with ads editor software (Google & Microsoft).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical details in simple terms.
