Job purpose

The successful candidate will manage and process enquiries from subscribers efficiently and effectively, using various communication channels such as email, written correspondence, and inbound calls.

Day to day duties:

  • Respond to inbound calls within the stated KPIs, representing the relevant magazine brand professionally.
  • Process voicemail messages and emails, ensuring customer queries and requirements are administered efficiently.
  • Provide accurate pricing, delivery information, subscription offers, and campaign details to customers.
  • Perform customer verifications for existing subscribers and set up new customer accounts.
  • Process orders, forms, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to resolve any outstanding queries.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
