Quantity Surveyor - Brickwork and Blockwork Specialist

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in brickwork and blockwork to join the team in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a £10,000,000 brickwork package project in Abbey Wood, making a significant impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all cost-related aspects of the brickwork project, ensuring it stays on budget.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to optimize resources.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in brickwork and blockwork.
- Strong understanding of construction costs and project management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
