About Health Support and Care:
As the leading supplier to the health, local government and social care sectors, we offer the broadest suite of solutions in the market benefiting providers, carers, clinicians, and the people the support.

We are suppliers to over 10,000 registered care providers, around 200 local authorities and over 45 NHS trusts; delivering electronic patient record and administration systems, social care case management, social prescribing, youth services and many other best of breed software applications to health, local government and care organisations.

Job Purpose:
Join our sales team and play an active role in sourcing new business as a Junior AE. As part of this role, you'll be doing a whole range of great work for us and you'll have a learn-it-all attitude and a passion for success. We are an ever-evolving business and we'd love you to take your first step with us and look to develop your career as part of Access Health Support and Care (HSC).

You will be required to develop and nurture business sales opportunities and partnerships via a range of communication methods, for the short, medium and long-term. These opportunities will be in line with business strategies, plans and campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Researching potential prospects to understand their business challenges and understand where Access HSC solutions may fit.
  • Contacting prospects to create new opportunities, arrange meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with decision-makers through regular contact, dialogue, meetings, and networking with key influencers.
  • Updating the CRM records with prospect insights and records of interactions.
  • Being an initial point of contact, as well as responsible for ongoing nurture of prospect relationships, supporting lead creation and opportunity development as required.

You will work closely with your aligned AEs, Account Managers and Marketing colleagues as well as the wider Health, Support and Care Division. You will input into sales and marketing activity and planning as required to assist with achieving sales and pipeline targets.
