As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Invoicing and Vendor Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing Management: Accurately prepare, issue, and track invoices to clients, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to invoicing and vendor management, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Supplier Meetings & Events: Attend and represent the company at supplier meetings and industry events, requiring occasional travel.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve invoicing and vendor management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling financial data and documentation.
  • Mathematical Mindset: Strong numerical skills with the ability to manage and analyse financial information.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for supplier meetings and industry events as required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in invoicing, vendor management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
