Accessory Engineer

As our next Accessory Engineer, you'll be instrumental in project managing the entire accessory product release process, from prototype design to final sample approvals and global release.

You will be responsible for supporting design, development, and innovation of high-end automotive and lifestyle accessories that enhance the brand's prestige and customer experience.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator and be used to working autonomously, as well cross functionality across a range departments, from design, procurement to Legal and Compliance to name a few. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and has a quality mindset with an eye for luxury detail.

As an Accessory Engineer you will thrive on making an impact from day one, you will understand customer preferences, driving demand, and ensuring that each accessory reflects the company's commitment to quality and luxury. Working in a small team, you will have a high level of control over the accessories we launch.

Key Requirements:

  • CAD proficiency (NX preferred).
  • Understanding of Automotive process & lifecycle
  • Experience in low volume, high Quality production
  • Experience of managing multiple, complex projects & prioritizing workload effectively
  • Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design degree or equivalent.

This a hybrid role, you will need to be onsite three days a week and your time will be shared between our Gaydon headquarters and our Wolverton Mill site in Milton Keynes.
