Compliance Administrator

Our Chester-based financial services client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity within a well-established, global business who are internationally renowned, and have a very impressive reputation in their field.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager and working in a small team of Compliance Administrators, this role involves a variety of compliance and regulatory analysis administration tasks.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Data entry, file review, and conducting compliance monitoring activities, as well producing compliance review reports for managers
  • Undertaking and reviewing due diligence in relation to structures and changes to existing structures
  • Updating compliance records in relation to client structures
  • Running reports and check data entry records on Viewpoint
  • Responding to internal queries regarding compliance issues

Our client is looking for:

  • An experienced administrator (experience of working within financial services or another highly regulated environment is preferable)
  • A logical and 'problem-solving' mindset with the ability to 'think outside of the box'
