A new opportunity has become available within a global communications organisation based in the heart of London. With a vast network of services being delivered, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic payroll team looking after UK payroll and benefits.

Your new role

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the payroll processes are accurately and efficiently completed and reported
  • Conducting accurate deductions and providing appropriate information to the benefits' providers, HMRC and other statutory bodies
  • Preparing all payroll data, new starters, leavers, and adjustments are being correctly inputted
  • Compliant checks are maintained for employee data and files
  • Act as a main point of contact for payroll and benefit queries

What you'll need to succeed

  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated to work independently as well as a strong team player to provide support where needed
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, formulas, etc.)
  • Keeping informed and updated with new regulations and legislation
