Are you an expert at project management? Looking for your next challenge? We're on the search for a Project Manager to join our highly established Wiltshire-based client.

This role is offering £45,000 (plus benefits). You will be required to work in the Swindon office at least 2 days per week.

As Project Manager, you will be working in the heart of the business and central Transformation team, managing complex business transformation projects, where you'll craft and implement dynamic business solutions to meet strategic needs head-on.

Within the role of Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex business transformation projects, typically implementing business solutions to meet identified strategic business needs.
  • Creates and maintains project plans for transformation projects that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation.
  • Co-ordinates and manages the delivery of projects to meet deadlines, budget and quality assurance standards, whilst ensuring stakeholders are fully engaged in the projects.
  • Manages risk, and identifies and manages scope change, and provides reports to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

To be considered for the Project Manager role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in the use of

Prince2

or
Agile

  • Experience working within a fast-paced project management environment
  • Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the confidence to manage diverse workloads to strict deadlines
  • Outstanding engagement skills and an excellent communicator
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Strategic Change, the Project Manager will successfully manage business transformational projects. As Project Manager, you will define and manage methodologies, lifecycles, and documentation standards for project design and delivery. Your meticulous approach will be the backbone of internal development for our established client.

Planning and scheduling project deliverables, budgets, tasks, goals and milestones, the Project Manager will take ownership of overseeing the project teams, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
