Description

The key responsibilities of a HR Advisor candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees
  • Manage employee relations cases
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and strategies
  • Assist in the development of company policies
  • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support performance management activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in human resources or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR management systems
  • Ability to commute to Leyland
