We're currently seeking an Auditor, focusing on home claims up to £100,000. The role involves conducting regular file reviews, providing feedback for colleague development, and ensuring compliance with procedures and client processes.
Working closely with Operational and Technical Team Managers, you'll strive for excellence in claims handling and management, integrating audit practices with training programs, complaints resolution, and service improvement.
