- Drive the development and maintenance of the brand and any sub-brands as required in all communications, ensuring a consistent and professional image.
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's marketing and communications strategy.
- Manage a dynamic team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Developing and delivering project plans for campaigns
- Develop and manage relationships with media and stakeholders to boost the company's image.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure consistency in the company's branding.
- Ensure that the activities of the department align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
- Manage the department's budget and resources efficiently.
- Ensure all communications and marketing material complies with industry and legal guidelines.
Profile
A successful Interim Head of Marketing and Communications should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
