Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students who face behavioural challenges.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching team.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Empathy, patience, and resilience.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
