We are looking for a highly motivated

Sales and Lettings Administrator

to join our

Corporate Marketing Team

based in

Annesley

Competitive salary package

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

What are we looking for as Sales and Lettings Administrator

In this role you will be working as part our successful Corporate Marketing team whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. The main purpose of the role is supporting new let progression; from taking the holding deposit to move-in and supporting new sales progression; working with our group agents daily for updates on: Rightmove links, Memorandum of Sale and conveyancing. Producing client invoices on exchange of contracts and arranging inter-company fee transfers.

Skills and experience required

  • Strong administration skills
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive and organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
