Our client, an award winning investment and technology firm, are looking for an Investment Administration Associate to join their Transfers Team.
Responsibilities include
- Processes new business applications
- Deal with post and emails in and out of the business
- Client administration including but not limited to change of details, direct debit set ups, withdrawals, registering power of attorney
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and advisers
About you
- Well organised
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
- Energetic, collaborative, and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge
- Experience in a similar administration based role (desirable)
- An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations (desirable)
