Senior Care Assistant
Salary: £29,989 per annum + Pay Enhancements (£15.57 per hour)
Location: Wetherby, West Yorkshire
Hours: 3x long shifts & 1x short shift
Shift: Days only
HCR is searching for a Senior Care Assistant to join a long-standing charitable organisation, dedicated to supporting younger and older individuals with disabilities, promoting independent living, and enhancing the quality of life. This organisation has been providing exceptional care since the 1940s. The role is based at a residential home easily accessible from Harrogate.
Senior Care Assistant Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the care team, ensuring safe, person-centered care.
- Support residents in reaching their full potential through daily activities and personal care.
- Manage rotas to maintain safe staffing levels.
- Oversee training, staff inductions, and professional development.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Senior Care Assistant Requirements:
- Must reside in the UK and have the right to work.
- NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in a senior role in a residential care setting.
- A driving license is preferred but not essential.
