Reporting to and taking day-to-day direction from the customer service team leader, this varied Customer Service Representative role involves managing customer support tasks and assisting the sales team to achieve quality objectives and business goals, including tracking and achieving the sales plan.

About the Role

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Managing a designated group of customer accounts, including quoting assigned accounts and performing analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Initiating and coordinating the customer returns process, including teams' meetings and calls, driving to close these service calls to provide a great customer experience.
  • Monitoring and responding to website, phone call, and inbox enquiries - logging as an activity through TWG CRM, monitoring and assigning items (including leads) from the sales inbox to either the customer service/account manager and Business Development Team.
  • Approving internal SAP documents and loading Sales Orders onto SAP once details have been verified for accuracy, pushing quotes to orders to provide accurate sales quote analysis and accuracy.
  • Liaising with other departments to support customer documentation requirements.
  • Supporting the sales model, workload and workflow management, collective ideas, and suggested solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, resolving escalated issues, and promoting a customer-centric approach within the team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Assist team members in developing and maintaining their client relationships.

Essential Skills

Required Job Skills

  • 2 + years of customer service/support experience
  • Great communicator and cross-departmental collaborator
  • Positive attitude towards change and improvements
  • Able to organise time, prioritise workload and multitask under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Able to conduct data analytics
