We are looking for a key strategic partner to join our investment banking transformation team to assist us with defining and establishing a transformation roadmap to implement strategic improvements to our investment banking business. Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the full transformation project lifecycle from defining the change of requirements/needs to the implementation and handover of a full functional solution to our stakeholders.

We are currently supporting a diversified portfolio of projects in an internal environment aligned with the execution of Investment Banking's (IB) strategy across the Business, for example, regulatory projects, efficiency projects and improve control projects. As Change Execution Manager, you will be addressing IB's concerns and vision by driving change.

Your key responsibilities

  • Directing/ leading projects and resources to meet business and regulatory requirements, including design and implementation of prioritised initiatives
  • Driving the definition of holistic end-to-end solutions for new business, strategic change, and regulatory initiatives
  • Defining deliverables and managing detailed implementation plans required to support solutions
  • Managing and overseeing internal and external resources to meet deliverables
  • Determining and resolving project slippage and scope changes in respect of the overall programme
  • Developing and managing relationships with sponsors and stakeholders across business lines and supporting infrastructure teams. Driving work-stream delivery through full project lifecycle managing core project tasks and meetings including updates for senior stakeholders

Your skills and experience

  • Experience managing significant initiatives of change with multiple stakeholders with differing priorities (ideally in Investment Banking)
  • Knowledge/ understanding of Investment Banking business areas (the products; clients and their motivations)
  • Collaborative and disciplined approach to programme management combined with ability to work dynamically and with agility across multiple functions to deliver critical outcomes to pre-agreed plans
  • Flexibility regarding programme subject matter
