£30-35k plus bonus
About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is passionate about building strong business relationships and driving new growth. Responsibilities:
- Assess and guide candidates, matching them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.
- Engage in outbound prospecting activities via phone, LinkedIn, email, and networking events to uncover new business opportunities.
- Present and promote our client's apprenticeship programmes, securing partnerships with local employers.
- Collaborate with the employer engagement team to ensure seamless candidate placements.
- Regularly communicate with and motivate candidates to engage and progress in their careers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback post-interview.
- Maintain high standards in documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.
- Attend industry events to expand your network and generate new leads.
- Deliver compelling presentations about our client's services both online and in public settings.
Ideal Candidate:
Essential:
- Proven experience in building relationships with local businesses and a background in the apprenticeship sector.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, converting prospects into successful sign-ups.
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and adapt to changing environments.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Passion for fostering relationships with employers, stakeholders, and learners.
Desirable:
- Experience in recruitment or a related field.
