We utilise our long-standing, close relationships with Industry leaders to ensure we are their only choice when looking to recruit, as they know we excel at head-hunting the key drivers within their industry. We advise and guide high quality candidates, interviewing them to ensure they are the best match for our clients, as well as guiding them through the full interviewing process, providing essential interview feedback and support at the job offer stage.

We openly encourage our consultants to seek out new business opportunities, along with exploring and developing additional possibilities with our renowned clients.

We are currently seeking driven recruitment consultants (both experienced and trainee level) to join our growing teams. If you have knowledge of the recruitment industry this would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Skills and attributes required:

  • At least 6-12 months experience in a sales and office environment
  • Strong communicator and able to do 'small-talk' as well as business
  • Organised, able to use social media and technology-based software
  • Energetic, driven, team-player, attention to detail, competitive and always wanting to improve
  • Hungry for success and a driven salesperson who can listen, as well as talk
  • Patience to learn, able to see the 'bigger picture' and a genuine interest in people and business

What you will be doing:

  • Recruiting permanent candidates on salaries between £25,000-£100,000 salaries
  • Working with candidates to find them great opportunities both reactively and proactively
  • Managing client accounts and winning new ones, leveraging on our brand reputation
  • Working with our team to create multi-vacancy project strategy and delivery plans
  • Growing our existing markets and starting new areas, if you really want to impress
  • Fact-to-face interviewing, lots of discussions on the phone and also over email
