Description
- Operation of RADAN & BOOST nesting software.
- Understanding of drawings/technical information.
- Liaising with internal departments-including; design, engineering and production
- Continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Ensuring adherence to Quality Procedures and Health and Safety protocols
- Performing mechanical analysis of nesting designs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Profile
A successful Nesting Engineer should have:
- Experience in operating RADAN and BOOST nesting software
- Understanding of SolidWorks files.
- Trumpf or Punch/fold machinery programming experience
- A good understanding of sheet metal fabrication machinery and production
- Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with other departments
- Good planning, organisational, and time management skills
