New urgent role working with a major UK developer on a large scale volume residential project in NW London. The site is progressing from groundworks into the RC frame so experience in this area is preferable.
Applicants must have a background working on 100+ unit developments in order to be selected and will interview/start immediately.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all internal works on site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules & deliverables
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless integration of internal works with overall project progress.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
- Previous experience working on major residential developments
- Able to start immediately
