Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Setter / Operator

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent / Onsite
Shifts: 4 on 4 off, Continental Shifts 6am-6pm

The Role
You will be responsible for operating and setting up injection moulding machines. For the production process to make uPVC products.
- Ensure production requirements are met at all times
- Quality checking as per company standards
- Setting up and running the injection machine
- Packing when required
- Carrying out tool and material changes
- Complete all paperwork for each operation
- Sign off manual checks
- Operating machinery safely and reporting issues
- Working with the production team towards targets
- Maintaining clean and safe work area
The Candidate
- Experience of injection moulding/ tool setting
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Desirable experience in uPVC industry
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a team
- Desirable qualifications in machining or engineering
