Hays Education are working with local Primary Schools in Derbyshire who are looking for qualified teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis from September.
Your new role
Within this role, you will be working in either EYFS/KS1/KS2 and will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming classroom environment for the children to learn. You will be expected to take up general teaching responsibilities, including planning and prep. You will be working as part of a class team along with other members of staff within the school. You will need to build strong relationships with parents, children, and staff alike and be able to hit the ground running. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to challenge themselves and progress their career!
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have QTS.
- You will have a passion for working with children and be approachable with a natural ability to remain calm and in control at all times.
- You must be adaptable and flexible in your teaching style.
- You will have recent and relevant experience within a primary school setting and have extensive knowledge of primary curriculums.
- You will need to be confident in managing challenging behaviour
