Purchasing Administrator

Are you looking for a Administration role with a fantastic company? We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join a small busy team in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes.

Duties to include:

  • Processing and placement of purchase orders
  • Monitoring delivery and shipping information
  • Ensure shipping documents are accurate and complete before orders are dispatched
  • Updating order statuson internal and suppliers' systems
  • Enter and maintain accurate record of purchases, pricing, dates and other important data
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department
  • Communicate with suppliers

You will need to have:

  • Excellent MS Office skils in particular Excel
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience of working in an administrative role or supply chain is highly desirable
