Are you looking for a Administration role with a fantastic company? We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join a small busy team in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes.
Duties to include:
- Processing and placement of purchase orders
- Monitoring delivery and shipping information
- Ensure shipping documents are accurate and complete before orders are dispatched
- Updating order statuson internal and suppliers' systems
- Enter and maintain accurate record of purchases, pricing, dates and other important data
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing department
- Communicate with suppliers
You will need to have:
- Excellent MS Office skils in particular Excel
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience of working in an administrative role or supply chain is highly desirable
