Job Title: Mandarin speaking Office Administrator

The Skills You'll Need: Spoken and written Mandarin to native level and fluent English; Relevant Office Admin / PA / EA experience

Your New Salary: £38-45k, possibly higher depending on experience

Job status: Permanent, hybrid working with 4 days in the office

Office Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Travel management, including coordinating the travel approval process, booking flights, hotels, cars and drivers when needed;
  • Maintaining office systems, booking rooms and conference facilities;
  • Assisting with Reception duties and providing cover when required;
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Assisting with delegation and HQ integrative related work.
  • PA for senior Management and housing letting management.

Office Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Spoken and written Mandarin to native level, with fluent English
  • Relevant Office Admin / PA / EA experience
  • Methodical and organized
  • Time management skills
  • A good team player
