Your mission
- You are responsible for the complete order processing (from quotation to invoicing) for a separate country area, as well as the selection shipments.
- You organise and process national and international shipments.
- Together with the team, you will ensure that our vital products are delivered on time.
- You work with us to realise our high standards of customer satisfaction and individual customer care.
- You communicate with our dealers and our customers worldwide.
Your profile
- You live in the Manchester region, UK.
- You have completed a commercial professional education.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in order processing or in a similar position.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and have no problem switching between English and German in daily business.
- Business fluent English is mandatory.
- You are proficient in the entire MS Office world and are familiar with ERP systems (ideally with Navision).
- You always keep calm and maintain an overview, even during intensive work phases under time pressure.
- You enjoy working in a team and you are characterised by a structured, independent and reliable way of working.
