Our client are a well-known independent Estate Agency in Leigh on Sea who are looking to recruit a Valuer/Sales Lister to join their busy office.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Generating and conducting sales valuations
- Converting valuations into instructions
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Marketing of new instructions
- Generating new business opportunities
- Contribute to general running and profitability of office
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
·Previous Estate Agency experience
- Driven and organised
- Strong people person
- Professional with exceptional customer service skills
- Well presented and articulate
- Able to work under own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
Basic salary in the region of £25-27,000 with on target earnings in the region of £45,000.
This would be depending on level of experience
