Duties will include:
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Conducting variance analysis and providing insightful commentary on financial performance
- Collaborating with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring and controlling expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets
- Supporting the senior management team with ad hoc financial analysis and projects
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Continuously improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience with proven experience in management accounting. They will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
