**Role Requirements**
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Possess prior experience teaching in KS1
- Focus on child-centred teaching and learning.
- Enhance the curriculum to improve pupil outcomes.
- Use data to elevate achievement standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
