What's involved?
As IT Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the hotel applications, whilst liaising with 3rd parties as when required and be primary IT contact for the property. You will provide a high level of IT support and assistance to all colleagues and guests as well as configure, support and troubleshoot servers, mobiles and radio's etc. Also you will be expected to maintain inventory records of all IT equipment and understand the Health & Safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working IT security and network infrastructure, hospitality products such as Opera PMS and POS systems as well as associated interfaces is essential. Also an understanding around core IT compliance for GDPR and PCI is desired whilst excellent communication skills.
