Description
- Overseeing the end-to-end merchandising process within the Merchandising department.
- Reporting into the Head of Merchandising on all stats related to your category/ remit.
- Oversee a team of 4-5 members while driving productivity across the board.
- Maintaining accurate reports on weekly results and overseeing all stock movements.
- Identifying trends and making product selection decisions to maximise sales.
- Developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products effectively.
- Analysing sales data and providing insights to drive business decisions.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Ensuring merchandising activities align with the company's brand and values.
Profile
A successful Senior Merchandiser would have:
