They now have a requirement for an Audit Manager to join their team in Stoke. This role would be suitable for an individual at Assistant Manager level looking to step up to Manager, or someone already in a Manager position looking for long-term growth and support to Partnership level.

Your role as an Audit Manager:
- Working closely with the Directors and Partners, you will be responsible for managing a varied range of clients within the corporate audit sector.
- You will plan, execute and finalise audit assignments.
- You will assist with the development of systems and procedures, ensuring high quality and efficient results.
- You will support the growing team, offer leadership and guidance, and mentor both new and existing staff members.
- You will build strong long-lasting relationships with clients and provide advice where action and improvements are required.
- You will support the overall goal to continually grow and become one of the top firms in the UK.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified with strong management experience.
- Experience of managing a portfolio of corporate audit clients.
- Enthusiasm to support the teams and firm as it continues to grow.
- A good management rapport to mentor the audit team.
- Strong communication skills and the desire to progress.
