We are seeking a versatile Administrator to join our professional services team in Harrogate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied administrative capacity, covering Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) admin, HR admin, and basic accounts duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration with some experience in accounts. We are looking to conduct interviews as soon as possible.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support across various departments including HSE, HR, and accounts.
- Maintain and update HSE records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with HR duties such as processing employment documents and maintaining employee records.
- Handle basic accounts tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and schedule arrangements for senior management.
- Support the team with the preparation of documents, filing systems, and other organisational tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries, offering timely and accurate information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrator, ideally with exposure to accounts.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
