The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established consultancy, renowned for its multidisciplinary team of over 60 experts in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, and Project Management. This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as Commercial Office, Industrial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Mixed-Use, and Student Accommodation.
The consultancy is celebrated for its forward-thinking approach and flat organizational structure, which fosters close collaboration with senior management and Directors. Additionally, it provides a clear, achievable path for career progression, with opportunities to advance to senior levels.
The Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS or currently working towards/committed to achieving
- Pre and post contract experience
- Prior experience working for a construction consultancy
