Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join an RIBA practice based in East Devon.
Due to a variety of new projects coming into the practice they are seeking an Architect who is confident working across all RIBA Stages to join them.
This practice of 8 has recently become employee-owned, giving you extra benefits as an employee within the business, including a tax-free bonus, subject to profit/personal performance.
They work on a wide variety of projects across Devon & Somerset including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, listed & historic buildings plus much more.
The Position: Architect
- Working across all RIBA Stages
- Using Vectorworks (Training Given)
- Liasing with clients and different stakeholders
- Project Management & Contract Administration
- Helping other colleagues in the office
Salary for this position is between £33,000-£40,000 depending on previous experience. Hybrid working is also offered but with a preference of being in the office.
To Be Considered:- Architect
- Live within a commutable distance of East Devon (10-minute drive from Exeter!)
- Driver license & car owner
- ARB Registered is essential
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations & UK Planning System
- Previous experience using Vectorworks is advantageous
