We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our school community. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups.
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional needs.
- Contributing to the overall development and well-being of students.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
