Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Northampton, NN4
Salary: £13.18/hour - weekly payment
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7.00 am - 16.00 pm
Job Description:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that service runs smoothly. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create innovative and exciting dishes that delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Mandatory Compliance Requirements:
- Basic DBS: Certificate evidence
- Proof of Address: Bank statement, utility bill, or council tax (dated within 3 months)
- Proof of National Insurance: NI card, payslip, or letter about tax/pension/benefits
- Credit Report: From Experian, Equifax, etc. (Cannot accept more than £1000 in CCJs, except Santander)
- Right to Work: Passport or birth certificate, settlement or pre-settlement status
