Operations Co-ordinator

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Our client is a building contracting company specialising in extensions, refurbs and new build residential projects.
They are actively looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry desired
- Experience in project management is advantageous
- Experience as an Office Manager is advantageous
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and must be comfortable driving manual
Duties:
- Liaise with clients to discuss project needs
- Assist the Director with producing and following up with new project leads
- Assist project managers with scheduling, quoting materials, allocating labour, and organising truck runs to sites
- Manage the office resources to ensure sufficient quantities of paper/ink and other general materials
- Assist with stock management and cleanliness of their storage unit
- Assist with tracking invoices from subcontractors and site teams
