THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the internal data infrastructure. Collaborating closely with a dedicated development team and management, you will leverage your expertise in DAX and Power BI to build insightful dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. This position is tailored to support the reporting team due to expansion efforts and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end data process, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in DAX.
- Develop visually compelling dashboards using Power BI, tailored to the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of internal data, from marketing to teams in the different company offerings, to provide actionable insights.
- Continuously optimise and refine existing dashboards to ensure relevance and accuracy.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for this BI Developer role, you will require:
- Proven experience in data visualization and dashboarding, with a strong command of DAX and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
