A leading supplier of sensors, measuring systems, laser markers, microscopes, and machine vision systems worldwide based in Uxbridge, is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Executive. This is an innovative company who pride themselves on their excellent customer support.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive, your roles and responsibilities are as follows -
- Ensuring all customer information and orders are logged into the CRM system and managed daily distribution
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Keeping in line with agreed delivery dates and ensuring this is maintained
- Managing the end-to-end process including details regarding dispatch and delivery
- Processing quotes to send to customers
- Liaising daily with the warehouse team and following logistics guidelines which include self-auditors
- Support the flow of goods at all stages
What you'll need to succeed
You must hold a full driving licence and a 2:1 bachelor's degree in any discipline. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with previous experience handling customer interactions via telephone and email. You will be confident working within a team and liaising with other departments day to day and be able to collaborate effectively.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying an annualised salary of £28,000 plus a £2,700 area allowance (£30,700 in total) with a quarterly bonus (Guaranteed £4,000 in year one). This company provides advanced company pension, life cover and private healthcare, including subsidised gym membership.
