Job Title: Sales Advisor - Motor Factors
Location: Bamber Bridge
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
Flexible working times, between 8am - 6pm
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + bank holiday
Pension: Excellent Package
Duties Will Include:
- To act as front line liaison between the customer and their requirements
- Provide Motor Factor technical knowledge of the services offered by the company
- Handle customer queries efficiently
- Ensure the accurate completion of company paperwork, including delivery paperwork, and QHSE documentation
- Complete company sales orders/invoices
- Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments as required to ensure that the customer receives a high level of service
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be reliable and dependable, honest and trustworthy
- Having knowledge about the global market and the different approaches that are required within this differing markets
- Have excellent telephone/customer/communication skills
- Displaying a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company
