Remote based (but 1-2 days in first week in office for training)
1-2 times a month team catch up meetings in Leatherhead
Free parking onsite for office days

Are you free for an ongoing temporary assignment, current budget through until end of 2025, but keeping options open for a further extension with new year budget sign-off.
You'll be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Manager, allowing them to free up the administration tasks, and concentrate on volume recruitment and projects.
Duties will include:
- Managing the departments in-box
- Contacting and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Organising and confirming details of interviews
- Arranging video screening send outs and reviewing / feeding back to recruitment / hiring manager
- Keeping the recruitment tracker updated with activities/progress
- Posting adverts on the internal database for colleagues to review, as well as external recruitment sites
- Getting involved in writing adverts for new roles
- Chasing managers to shortlist potential candidates, and block out diaries for interviews
- Coordinating RTW meetings and involved in onboarding and first day liaison.
