Description
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with banking partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking-related queries and negotiations.
- Oversee daily cash management activities, including daily cash reporting.
- Oversee cash forecasting processes.
- Manage interest hedging deals to mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee payments for payroll, HMRC, credit cards, and other significant corporate payments.
- Oversee the maintenance of bank mandates, both paper-based and electronic.
- Act as the key contact with the lending bank consortium.
- Agree on quarterly interest payments with the banking consortium and action these payments.
- Review and action daily bank account reconciliations.
- Oversee drawdowns of the Capex facility.
- Oversee drawdowns of the Letter of Credit facility.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a treasury role
- Strong knowledge of cash management, financial forecasting, and hedging strategies.
- Proven ability to manage banking relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Dynamics or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
