You will be responsible for ensuring our data platform is not only technically sound but also aligns with global administrative practices and policies. Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee the data infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and meets the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with global admin teams to define and implement data management practices and policies.
- Act as a product owner, managing the lifecycle of data products and services.
- Lead pilot groups to test and refine new data initiatives.
- Work closely with data architects to design and optimise data solutions.
- Drive the adoption of data platforms like Dataverse and Databricks across the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of data management principles and global administrative practices.
- Experience in product ownership and management within a data-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft data management tools, including Dataverse and Databricks.
- Ability to lead pilot projects and drive innovation within the data space.
- Knowledge of data architecture and the ability to work with technical teams to implement strategic data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate data policies and practices across the organisation.
